Roaring like a lion

Another one taken out from the battle field:

Father Frank Pavone Suspended

Records filed with the Internal Revenue Service show that the organization's income topped $10.8 million in 2008, the latest year tax forms were available. In 2007, Priests for Life showed income of $9.2 million.
The same records show that Father Pavone received no income from the organization during those years. He said when he originally took the position with Priests for Life that he would claim no salary from the organization.

First we had Father Tom Euteneuer of Human Life International, then we had Father John Corapi, and now Father Frank Pavone. See a pattern here?

I think that the only pattern is that they are all priests and out-spoken pro-life ones. However, Corapi really seems to be genuinely guilty while Euteneuer (sp?) seems to have made a stupid mistake and Pavone looks a little bit less guilty than the others. I know what you are getting at - they are targeted for spiritual attack. However, Pavone seems a little more mature than Euteneuer and far less guilty than corapi. did i make any sense?

yes, you made sense. Father Pavone's bishop sounds really petulant, not at all bishop-like in his statement. I wouldn't expect that kind of response from a bishop made public as he has.
